PaylessRugs app for iPhone and iPad

Back in 2002 Greg & Joe Philactos started Payless Rugs in New York. For 3 years the company operated out of a small showroom in Mamaroneck on the outskirts of NYC. In 2005 the two brothers decided to move thier business to Trexlertown, Pa establishing a showroom in the Shoppes At Trexler. During this time Payless Rugs began not only offering rugs to local customers, but also to a national audience online at PaylessRugs.com.

In 2008 the company was subsequently bought by Matt and Marvin Stump. Since then the father and son team have been busy expanding the selection at Payless Rugs and PaylessRugs.com to include over 60 well known brands and designers beefing up the selection for the shopper to over 25,000 area rugs.

Our most recent move in expanding was with the 2013 purchase of a new showroom and office in the quaint town of Oley PA. The new showroom will offer our local shoppers hundreds of area rugs, custom runners and accessories to choose from, in all styles and a myriad of patterns. Alot has changed since the New York days, but one thing that hasnt is our prices... You truly will Payless!
